Box Critters has updated the shop, a fresh new week meaning a fresh new item of the week has been released. This week it’s the Red Rainhat To get to the shop, walk over to the shop at The Port.

Box Critters has released some new items in the shop as well. They are:

• Pink Sweater – 20 coins
• Blue Raincoat – 50 coins
• Blue Shark – 400 coins

RocketSnail has announced on Discord that he has setup a Lookup Players API. This is what he had to say:

This is fantastic, you can now look up the following about players:

• Nickname (Username)
• CritterID – Unique
• Gear – (Current load)
• Created date – (first login)
• IsMember
• IsAdmin – a member of the admin team at Box Critters
• isTeam – a member of the Box Critters team
• isBanned – if the player is banned or not
• isApproved (nickname approved)

You can expect to see your favourite Discord servers now have the ability to lookup players very soon. I’m excited that RocketSnail has this. It’s a fantastic feature, do you like it?

Earlier on Discord, Juke from Box Critters Guild mentioned a great theory that potentially you could go swimming under the bridge in the plunge pool. Rocketsnail has announced via discord that the daily coin amount will be increased to 50 coins per day. This is what he said:

UPDATE: Daily coins have been increased to 50 coins a day until we launch some new games.

This is great to hear, hopefully many players will be able to get that Pink Plaid very soon.
