Box Critters Free Item of the Week – Robot Head & New Shop Items Added #9
Monday is approaching and a new item of the week has been released. This week it’s the Robot Head. To get to the shop, walk over to the shop at The Port.
Box Critters has released some new items in the shop as well. They are:
- Robot Body – 100 coins
- Neon Blue Swimming Trunks. – 20 coins
- Purple Pirate Bandana – 100 coins

Box Critters have released a new tweet mentioning that they are expanding the island and are working on mini-games. They also included a picture of what they are working on. It looks like a new room, take a look:

Box Critters Space Event
Box Critters has now released the Space Event! Many of the rooms are decorated.
There is a free item that you can collect at the Port. It’s the Space Helmet
There is 1 new room and 3 decorated rooms. Take a look at the decorated rooms below:
Head over to the Solar System room by going over to the Port.
Listen to this Solar System music, it is amazing!
You can collect these items from the Solar System:
Space Suit Space Backpack Green Bakery Apron Black UFO Green UFO Pink UFO Grey UFO White UFO My suggestion is as it’s such a big room is to take your time, do one click at a time. Click on where you want to move to, wait to get to that spot and then click again.

Box Critters Space Themed Tweet & Battle Bears Kickstarter
Box Critters twitter has released a tweet giving some information about the upcoming space event. There is also a preview of the space suit take a look:
The tweet mentions that they are waiting for Rocketsnail to finish the updated client and then the event will happen!

Box Critters Hallway Room Preview
Rocketsnail has released a preview of a hallway of some sort. It shows you can walk to different hallways and that the theme looks like it’s towards the upcoming Space event. Take a look:

Box Critters Space Event Sneak Peeks
There has been a big reveal of a few rooms of the upcoming Space Event that is coming on Box Critters. Snowerfly blog which is owned by Kelsey and Nessa, they had an interview with JglJen from Hyper Hippo. JglJen is staff on Box Critters. The interview reveals some great information, which you should take a look at Snowerfly’s blog post by clicking here.
JglJen also provided some previews of the upcoming rooms for the Space Event, which she shared with Snowerfly and with due thanks they’ve allowed me to share them on here. Credit goes to Snowerfly for the images.
I absolutely love all the rooms. I notice a free item as well at the Tavern. As well Duqo and Cream from the community got involved with the creation of these rooms which is amazing! Fantastic work!
